That’s fair
nah actually cutting grass is a bit cringe. rare scottish L
My state has finally taken to allowing native grasses and other plants to grow in order to benefit monarch butterflies. They only mow twice a year to help promote growth. I’ve been complaining for years about how it’s a waste of money and looks terrible. Now it looks amazing with all of the variety of grasses and flowers growing.
It’s just that Scottish weather is so shit, the grass doesn’t grow there
On the contrary! Rain helps grass grow! 😉
Yeah, but I hear it also needs sunlight
Damn, foiled by lack of photosynthesis again!
Scottish meadows look neat tho
That’s very very true! Here’s one looking its best without the photographer adding an unrealistic blue sky in post:
i will never understand why people insist on mowing grass so short, what the fuck is the point of having it if you’re going to cut so short you’re partially plowing the soil???
Right? I have my mower on the second to highest setting. If you mow it too short you’re just letting the soil dry out faster.
You mow your grass short to make your neighbour’s grass look too long
!nolawns@slrpnk.net no rule
cutting past neighbors side of post like an absolute unit
