      I would guess that tires are the cars’ equivalent of shoes (reasons for that I’ll leave as an exercise to the reader), so a car with a fetish for feet would obsess over the mounting humps or something else covered with a tire.

        I love how speed bumps are often called “humps” in this country, just for the signage.

        Maybe tires are shoes, and inside the tires, instead of air, there are fleshy discs of sinew and fat, kinda the cars equivalent of an elephants foot padding its all just a meaty sausage ouroboros inside each rubber doughnut shoe.
