I haven’t done any art in 15 years, and that was just watercolors. I’ve been having a shit week today and saw some pastels and sketchpads for sale at the post office, so I got them. I’ve never worked with pastels before, but I really like them so far, they seem fairly forgiving.

This is my second drawing ever with them, and I’m really happy with how it came out. I want to practice more, but I think the picture tells the story I wanted to tell.
