TIL people still believe 4chan bullshit is real.
if you are a woman then how is that not straight to fuck man
op is pretty fucking based ngl
good lord. so thankful to be me.
I’ve known a lot of gay and asexual women that end up in this exact scenario
What in the 4chan bullshit is this?
It’s exactly that. 4chan bullshit.
> writes gay fanfic with really weird twists
> wtf, gay shit is fucking weird
Anon is a closeted bi and open femboy, and just doesn’t want to admit he likes it. Meanwhile, he’s totally fine being someone’s FB for free rent, but also feels guilty that he is kinda messing with his other friends in the meantime.
Basically, Anon is a moron.
FB?
Fake and Gay
Gay, Anon is gay
Fake, Anon claims to be straight
Naaah… just fake.
being a fuck toy for free rent. holy fucking based
I’ve heard it called being “homelessexual”
Hobosexual
It’s considered sex trafficking in Canada!
bro im gonna coom
When they say femboy they mean that they are a trans man that doesn’t present itself as manly enough or a trans female that hasn’t transitioned that much yet?
In one of those cases being into dudes would be being straight.
Transfeminine but doesn’t want to acknowledge it. It’s a thing, mostly on 4chan
That’s what I assumed and I was making fun of the poster because if that were the case, being into guys would be being straight.
But that’s our assumption, it’s true that it might just be a dude that likes being feminine, no trans involved.
I’ve heard from a few transfem lesbian friends that one of the hardest parts of coming out to themselves as trans was that it would also mean acknowledging they’re not straight, because if you’re someone who feels like you’re failing at being a man, attraction to women can be pretty grounding. “It was the one normal thing about me” - whole lot of internalised misogyny/transphobia/homophobia.
But that’s our assumption, it’s true that it might just be a dude that likes being feminine, no trans involved.
Quite right; labels like straight get pretty wibbly in situations like this. I find it sad because the current prevalence of homophobia and transphobia makes it hard for us to collectively understand what would it mean to be a cis-het femboy who takes HRT — for us to conceptualise of a world where that isn’t a contradiction. Bigotry makes it harder for people to explore their true selves, regardless of their gender or sexuality.
No, a femboy is a feminine boy. They usually crossdress or at least dress androginously. They don’t necessarily want to transition or take HRT (although this one does).
Given that this one does, and that a trans person that wants to transition would refer to themselves as the gender they want to transition, they would be a trans male. However it’s 4chan and fake so I bet they meant a trans female, where being into dudes would be being straight.
You misunderstand. Femboys are people who were born with penises.
It might be in this case, but I would not object for a trans man to call themselves femboy if they look like a feminine boy, since for all that matters to me a trans man is a man.
He can still be an amab femboy and take hrt to become more feminine without transitioning to become a woman. He does not claim to be trans, just a femboy.
Well sure but… Why? That’s a great way to give a huge blow to your body for fun. Anyway, it’s 4chan so whatever. In any case you are right, I assumed more than was stated.
Can’t give a general answer, but consider the Castrati: removing the testicles before puberty prevented a boy’s voice from changing, giving them a high singing voice in adulthood.
People modify (“deal a huge blow to” in your words) their bodies all the time to fit certain preferences. Be it tattoos, piercings (including earrings), cosmetic surgery or even stuff like body building.
It is not that strange that people want to express themselves with their body.
What do you mean by “huge blow to your body”?
Does it matter why? Bodily autonomy means bodily autonomy for everyone, regardless of whether you “understand” or or not. If he wants to be a more feminized masc, is it hurting you?
No, it’s not, which is why I agreed that you were right in that very same post.

Can’t tell if oop is transman or transwoman or cis guy on hrt. No matter which one they are still bi and should just learn to accept it.
cis guy on hrt
Why would they be on hrt
maybe they’re a twitch streamer
since by straight they meant liking women I assume it’s a transman no? I’m unsure too though
Femboy means they are biologically male.
Not necessarily, they could be a feminine trans man.
I thought a femboy was specifically AMAB who presents more femininely.
They’re saying in this case, seemingly, he was born male, but a trans femboy can exist.
That makes sense, thanks.
I can’t believe no one else said this but I feel it’s necessary…
Fake and gay
Queer and insincere, even.
Lots of fake shit all over Lemmy lately. Clogged with bot gen crap and memes.
It is like reddit, but without Spez

straight but bi when it benefits me
Brother, you’re bi.
Could be bisexual, heteroromantic, but doesn’t know that’s a thing.
That’s exactly what it looks like
“Dude who’s in denial about being bisexual has hobosexual relationship with another man, is shocked that they developed feelings”
Yeah that 100% checks out actually
Hobosexual is wild lmfao
depressingly common, was even more common before we let women have rights
‘we let’ women have rights? Women fought tooth and nail for years to get those rights, and assholes are still trying to claw them away; fuck, there’s places in the US right now where women are dying because their access to healthcare has been sabotaged by a supreme court that reinterpreted the constitution to remove their rights.
“we” in this case could be the American government in general and the supreme court specifically. The fact that such an important right was “granted” by a decision of nine random schmucks and can be taken away by another decision (rather than being a law) is not a great look for that government.
But you’re right that it was not the best phrasing. Activism is extremely important esp on more local levels
