Would you want to know about this if you were planning to have this person live on your property? What an absolute nightmare.
Yeah that’s pretty crazy. Day one of the tennancy they were verbally attacking the landlord.
But onn a tangent, this stood out to me:

Her business only accepted references from professional property managers, for example: “It seems to be much more reliable when we work in an industry-specific way.”
This company doesn’t accept any tennants who don’t have a reference from a professional property manager? Is that common? It seems a little insane to me.
It sounds more like they treat someone without one as a first time tenant.
Ah right, that would make more sense.
