I’ll start with a couple of mine:
-
Terry Barentsen (fast-paced urban rides, mainly in NYC)
-
BCpov (MTB rides as well as some trail building stuff)
-
Shifter (informative videos on various topics relating to cycle commuting)
-
One Cyclist in Lisbon (pretty much what it says on the tin, lots of silly city cycling moments in his compilations and as well as longer rides outside Lisbon)
-
Ed Pratt’s Unicycling The World series (I know it’s not a bike, but it touches on a lot of just cycle touring in general)
I’m surprised that Not Just Bikes isn’t on that list. Though, as the name imply, it talks about urban planning and bicycle lanes in general
Not Just Bikes is such a good channel, I share their video on winter cycling in Oulu pretty regularly since I live in a snowy place where people think I’m insane for cycling in the winter!
However, like you said, I consider them more of an urbanism channel than cycling-specific.
Cade Media (née Francis Cade) is lots of fun, he does a bunch of tours across various countries and continents, and also just has fun with his friends goofing around with bike stuff.
can’t get enough of bike fit James either. it’s a bit repetitive but he provides great info.
Sam Pilgrim for entertainment
RJ The Bike Guy for bike repairs
I’ve loved the pinkbike series with Ben Cathro “how to bike”
I haven’t seen anyone mention Propel, a bike shop owner in Brooklyn who focuses on urban cycling.
Here are some channels I like:
Ali Clarkson, Berm Peak Express, garys.projects, oldshovel, spindatt, foad gang, hardtail party, LocoJoe, Monkeyshred, Tim Fitzwater, Ultraromance, Zach Gallardo
The Park Tool channel should probably be on every cyclist’s list.
I enjoy several bike touring channels, like:
But I’ll also just watch random channels depending on what info I’m looking for at that time.
