I apply to them just to complain when they do the bait and switch even though I have no interest in changing jobs.
I also act absolutely shocked and appalled at even slightly low offers, and go on about how how they really should be offering more competitive market rates and that I’m insulted by this offer and have no interest in proceeding further.
I enjoy this hobby.
