It’s out of stock. There must be some way to trick the website into letting me click ‘add to cart’ even though that button is missing right now. How hard can this be? Currently combing through ‘inspect page’ on Firefox. I am not a programmer.

Do they actually have the ability to fulfill your order? I’m not sure what would be gained by doing this.
The cake exists by virtue of being ordered on the website

First come first serve, let them find out later when they get to someone else’s order that they have run out of cake.
