For the sake of discussion, what would people say to continuing warrantless surveillance when acquireing data for these purpses, but mandating the agencies delete it at completion since the US persons aren’t the investigation purpose and I don’t think it would be in scope for legal search and seizures right?
They’re happy, and they can’t use our data against us without warrants?
I feel like the NSA already has all this, why don’t they just ask them 😉
