We’re happy to announce that we’ve enabled federation with lemmy.world ahead of schedule. After some testing we feel confident that we’ll be able to handle the additional traffic even though they are still running an older build of Lemmy.

We’ve added several of their top communities to our “All” feed found here to get things started. Many more communities should begin showing up over time as our instances begin to interact. Lemmyverse is a great tool for finding communities to subscribe to if you’d like to help things along.

We’ve done our best to ensure this is a painless experience for our users, but unexpected things can come up. Please let us know of any problems you’re having and we’ll do our best to help get you sorted.
