This is not the case for me. I upgraded to a 1tb 15 pro max from a 64gb 12, and can finally use the device as a proper gaming machine. At last I have an iPhone capable of running a NDS simulator at +30fps. Also I got resident evil which is only playable in the 15 pro, and I can max out the graphics settings for other “console quality” games such as Wreckfest/cod which run butter smooth. And I can have all these games installed each taking up +4gb, whilst being able to record long 4K 60fps video with no worries about storage.
Oh and I can plug the phone into my TV or monitor that have USB C connections and it’s a pseudo games console.
