There’s never a bad day to shave with Tabac though. Easy, slick lather with great performance and that stank. I’m a fan.

@walden@wetshav.ing inspired me to grab my Damaskeene this morning. This thing shaves great. It’s probably my mildest GEM razor, but still gives a very close shave if I mind my angles.
OCBP worked nicely with Clubman, and Arance Mandarini feels great on a sunny California morning.

Oh, that’s interesting! I wouldn’t think that different razors of the same time would differ, but I suppose manufacturing was a little less sophisticated back then.
I’ve also heard that the open comb is the milder of the two, which surprised me.
Nice. I have an open comb, it’s also very mild.

Two close and comfortable passes with the ERN, plus some clean up on my neck with a Flying Wing.
Some fruity post shave stuff fit well with the relatively warm weather we’ve been getting in California recently. Just lovely.

Reasonably comfortable shave, with a little irritation after the ATG pass.
Also got a toner kill today after 126 shaves plus some random usage when I wanted to give myself a spritz outside of shaving. I already have a backup bottle of this stuff that I plan to start using tomorrow. It works very well for my skin, I’m not sure I’ll ever go back to using a balm.

Super close shave with the MM24, lots of buttering toast audio feedback this morning.
I’m still working on this tub kill. I doubt I’ll be able to get through it by the end of the month and the next iteration of Atlas Shaves, but I’m going to try!
