Strength and hypertrophy is a large part of fitness. What is the benefit of dividing the user base like this?
Agree, pull push legs makes the most sense. That said, once you get to a certain level of strength, deadlifting twice per week just may not make sense anymore no matter what you do.

It’s not an exact comparison, I’m a front end person with a lot of Drupal experience, probably less php and js experience than you, and my agency pays really well, but I was hired at $108k and earn $118k now, + about 15k in benefits, to give you a rough idea.
You might be able to find a remote job in the US but it will be tough, the time difference is hard, plus the added expense of employing someone in another country, plus the massive uncertainty around the US economy right now will be challenging. Worth a shot, but I think it’s definitely worth trying to find something better in the UK.

I think fiber can be under rated in fitness circles since it is great for long term health but doesn’t contribute as much to shorter term fitness goals directly.

A lot of times my brain feels run down after a long day of work and screens so I don’t want the mental load of going to the gym. Then I get there and feel so good halfway through my warm-ups.

sacbuntchris@lemmy.worldto Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•What are some good exercises or resources for trying to improve physical fitness with multiple limb injuries?English7·7 months agoI do think you should consult with a physical therapist. That said, I think machines are going to help you a lot.
With inured wrists you could do a lot with a cable machine and a wrist attachment. You could use a pec dec machine and your forearms to work your chest.
For legs you could try leg curls and leg extensions if you can lift far enough away from your ankle.
