This would be on a company laptop which I wouldn’t be able to tweak much.

I run a 100% Linux household for my personal devices. However, work does not allow the use of Linux devices, which is why I have this question. I am permitted to use WSL.

Reaper as of the last half a year… coming from studio one, Reaper is everything previously used DAWs were not… its flexible beyond belief and the support and community is huge and very helpful… my workflow has gone from good in Samplitude - > Studio One to unbelievably great in Reaper… I’ve created scripts that saves time on unnecessary, and tedious things… You can make Reaper what you want and that is worth more than what any other DAW can offer.

Although I use Molly myself and it’s quite great, I never had issues with Signal’s notifications on GrapheneOS, LineageOS, or CalyxOS… Definitely stick with Molly, if you can!
