Honestly I think that is an excellent idea, and at some point someone (like football365) would probably pay a lot of money to take over it (yaay!). Theres a classic Catch-22 - lemmy doesn’t have the critical mass to bother spinning up a dedicated server, but if it’s not done now/soon it will be too late. I’d love to help, but don’t have time.

I’ve been trying it for concurrent to Rif and Sync. The differences are individually small, but taken as a whole the official app is just horrible.
