Ah! I think it was indeed, I assumed these were also randomly generated. It even kinda makes sense that it’s the same thing three times in the “By Three They Come” quest! I take back my roast of the random generator then.
I really hope they will improve the NM and Helltide mob density.

All in all the stuff in the article sound quite good. I suppose patch 1.1.1 will tell but I’m quietly optimistic.
You’re not lying. Looking for the hidden quests without knowing if you had already done them and just sort of blindly farming for a bit took by far the most time.
The last one I was missing in the end was the crumpled note in Caldeum Prison which has a low drop rate to boot.
There is nothing at all on top of this hill except green letters on the map screen.
I basically just did the dungeons whenever they had a whisper on them. A few each day whenever I had time. But the last 15 or so I just bit the bullet and grinded them out while watching TV on the side.
As for a reward… Just a feeling of smug superiority and very limited bragging rights.
