I had 5 monitors for a bit before changing to a 32:9 monitor for my main monitor which gives me the equivalent of 4 monitors.
As long as the monitors are setup right (e.g. leveraging vertical space and not just horizontal space), I find the desktop real estate to be invaluable.
But, I started doing dual monitors over 20 years ago. So, I’m an early evangelist of multi-monitor and have adopted workflows that greatly benefit from it.

Yes! Thank you for pointing that out! I just swapped over and and feeling right at home. It’s a much better use of horizontal space compared to the default theme.
I think it’s more nuanced than that. Personally, there are a couple of reasons for me. Though, I have already purged my account and deleted it. First, I spent a long time on Reddit. It was a part of my daily habits for more than 12 years. Though, I think getting a way from it is not a bad thing in the case of the reason. The second reason that is more difficult to change with anything other than time is the communities. There are a lot of smaller niche communities on Reddit that really only have a home there. It’s this one that bothers me the most out of the whole situation.

I have not switch over my Steamdeck to Windows 11. But, I did pick up an ROG Ally b/c I apparently lack impulse control. IMO, the experience with Steam OS on Steam deck is far and above Windows 11 on a similar-ish handheld.
I’m on 128 on my phone. I just checked and both of those are disabled for me.
