Sometimes ppl purchase seated tickets cos they can’t stand for a period of time (disability/ fatigue/ chronic health issues/ sore feets from working all day…). If you wanna do more than dance/ enjoy while seated, select GA tix?

I have the same with my guy & I tested the water by just saying what I wanted to talk about as I figured I could more easily just say my peace rather than asking him to change. It has pretty much self-resolved as he listens and then engages and asks clarifying questions.

It’s kinda been nice to realise it’s okay to talk about myself without prompting. I can see it really assisting with open communication between us.

I’m still Shocked at much much of an affect it has on my sensory and nervous systems. Came home from the office yesterday, fed the dog and went to bed. Slept 13 hrs.

How….on earth…does this happen? How is that single staff member expected to be able to cover such a vital role & not have to need a food/ bathroom/ water break at some point in their shift….ugh.

I absolutely hate this management style if saving costs by staffing at bare minimum & then cracking it if someone takes leave. It’s their job to prepare adequately.

Got curious and ran through the tax refund calculator. I forgot that I’m juuust on the cusp of Medicare levy surcharges being payable which is going to mean that I owe.

Has me wondering how the fuck single people manage to make any headway. I’ve put off going to the dentist so I can keep going to therapy, try to stretch things as much as I can, but paying the levy is still cheaper than any private health insurance. It’s at a point where I catch myself wondering when the dog will be old enough to kick the bucket and free up a substantial amount each month. Fuuuck.

Stretching on the balcony in the sun after the dog walk this morning was so nice. I then had a cuddle with the dog & watched the clouds wash over the sky. So meditative.
