AutoSleep works for naps. It costs $5.99, but I like the fact that it’s not a subscription like almost every other app out there.
One of the few things I use Siri for : I hold down the crown and say “set timer for…”.
And I use it for cooking, brushing teeth, drying clothes, and tons of other stuff.
I find on-board Siri to be great on the S9.
You’re asking for information that is considered sensitive and private health information, so until they release the update later this year, you won’t be able to.

Click Notifications > Messages
Make sure Custom is selected and not ‘Mirror my iphone’
You can then select deselect sound and haptics.
