If Americans really didn’t want Trump in the white house they would have all gone to the polls in 2024, instead of staying home or believing the narrative that Biden/Harris were fully responsible for gas prices and cost of living issues. The truth is that since Reagan, they have been brainwashed into voting against their own interests by a deliberately underfunded education system, to the point where a majority cannot read as well as an 11 year old everywhere else in the world. The EU and Ukraine need to tell Trump to fuck off. The US is contributing much less than the EU to Ukraine at this point anyway, and Ukraine are still managing to hold off Russias meat waves just fine. If US intelligence is cut off, they aren’t the only ones with satellites over Russia…

Based on recent and not so recent US history, they won’t face any consequences. Trump was eventually charged over Jan 6th but not for outright treason, only conspiracy charges. And that was only after Garland slow-walked each investigation until it was too late.
