I’ve had good luck with the Logitech doorbell - no problems, as some have had, with overheating. Besides the PIP alert on Apple TV, it will alert your iPhone with a video, or your Apple Watch with a still image. The only issue I’ve had is the still image on my watch is often taken before the person is actually in view of the camera.
