If they did then they’d have to be more conservative on the standards because you can’t just erase service trucks from existence.
Kinda a piss off because a lot of people want a small truck.
It’s not really a meme, it’s part of a long-running comic called sinfest.

After the surgery you have someone who will never again be a normal person. They take a person who might never have gone to the doctor despite having insurance where you’re guaranteed to get paid to having someone who requires a lifetime of care that insurance needs to pay for who was pre-selected as having insurance.
There’s audio out there of hospital administrators talking about that exact thing.
They don’t think they’re absolutely evil because they also have been indoctrinated into thinking they’re doing the right thing. That’s despite having something where 60-90% of kids are cured if you do nothing and just let them grow up.
Leftists are the most insular people on earth. They think they have all the answers through their cult religion and so they already know everything and they don’t need to learn anything new.
Liberals are cool though, but anyone who’s still liberal is called a far right Nazi now.
Love it when they report me to me (on my other sites)
He’s got some decent writers for the website.
They would. It’s money on the table for them.
DONT KINK SHAME ME, NAZI
lol “No! Reddit has people who need to be downdooted and you’re not there to do it! You need to go back, quickly, or Hitler wins!”
I don’t even necessarily mind, but allow dissent ffs.
I’d say it depends whether they’re bad people or not. Sort of like if someone’s fat. You don’t brutally make fun of someone just because they’re fat or ugly or whatever, you make fun of someone because they deserve it (and being fat or ugly or trans alone doesn’t mean they deserve it). If someone is truly terrible, all bets are off.
I see a lot of people claiming that they need to live in some super Metro City just to advance their career. Frankly, it usually isn’t true. First of all, most new grads moving to the big city are going to be one of a billion people available and so good luck with that. Going to a place with needs but a much smaller talent pool is more likely to result in you getting a job then a place with needs and a massive talent pool.
Then there’s the fact that you’d be building your career in a place with an absolutely ungodly cost of living. Let’s say that you do have a successful career. What’s the point? You’ll be in the top 1% of income, and barely making rent.
I’m not sure the lemmyverse is really a place for me now.
The amount of hate and arrogance in redditors is really frustrating. We can’t have nice things.
