If you’re using AlDente just stop as the OS is designed to handle the battery just fine on its own. You need to let it hit 100% and leave it plugged in as it’s still trickle charging when it gets there. Not to mention leaving it plugged in is not going to harm anything.

You only have 8GB of RAM, it’s going to use SWAP. The OS alone uses up 6GB or so of RAM just to get to your desktop.
