During his last season with the Bears John Fox was, as we say in the military R.O.A.D.–Retired on Active Duty. Kind of like how Belichick is now.

100% agree. Still, for Eberflus to keep his job, I think the Bears would have to make the playoffs.
If the Panthers and Giants finish with the same record, it will come down to strength of schedule–the team that had the weaker schedule will get the better draft pick.
For the rest of the season I’ll be rooting against the other teams in the NFC South and rooting for all the teams in the NFC East.
Not Belichick. He’s all done.
If the Bears were trying to tank then they wouldn’t have brought in Montez Sweat.
I 1000% agree with this and I wish more Bears fans would understand this.
Or if Fields plays consistently above average, then it will be MHJ. Justin playing like a franchise QB is a great timeline.
The Bears were still trying to tank, they would not have brought in Montez Sweat. The tank is over. The Chicago Bears are trying to win games now.

Getsy’s gameplan for Bagent is actually pretty good.
I’ll bet Justin Fields plays well behind this o-line next Sunday in Detroit.
Biggest game of the season and the Bears come out in the stupidass pumpkinhead uniforms.
Biggest game of the season and the Bears come out in three stupidass pumpkinhead uniforms.
Shut up haters. This is the biggest game of the season for the Bears.
He probably wants $20M/yr and fair is probably $18M.
How many times in history has a team had 4 takeaways in consecutive games and lost both games?
