Good to know, I’m definitely not going to load it in the event it makes my watch worse.

I encourage everyone to report this issue to Apple so they take this battery drain issue seriously!

Despite what Apple said, there’s no way WatchOS 10.1.1 has fixed battery drain. At least not for everyone.
My AWU2 was an absolute battery champ prior to updating to 10.1.1, but now? No way. Battery goes down 3-5% per hour without me even using it.
My biggest concern with this is the potential longer term degradation this can cause. Some people have stated WatchOS 10.2 beta has resolved this all together, but I’m super hesitant to put a beta on my watch.
This guy. My Ultra 2 didn’t have a drain issue to begin with, but 10.1.1 has caused it to tank.
It’s made my Ultra 2 worse, when it didn’t have a drain issue to begin with.
I’d avoid this one too.
New development for me in this mess. Over the last two days, when fully charged, my watch will hang on 100% for 3-4 hours, then drop 2-3% per hour after that.
Seems like how WatchOS 10.1.1 measures battery capacity remaining is just terribly optimized.
