I switched to a Whoop device which I wear 24/7. It charges using a clip on battery. I do miss my iWatch which now charges 24/7. Pity iWatch wasn’t better on the health apps and wearable while charging.

I’d say the data can’t be relied upon. If I’m not wearing my Whoop strap, the app records no data.
Where’s the 27”. I’m still using a 8 year old i7 with a screen with image retention.
I’m in my second year of my Whoop subscription and I do like it. One thing I like is you can charge it while wearing the strap, so it’s a 24hr monitor. I use it to track my cycling as well as sleep, stress and general health. It’s a good warning sign for anything effecting your health that you don’t know about yet. HRV is a good way of tracking stress levels in your body and the Whoop app tracks this overnight.
I wish however that my Apple Watch did the same, as I do miss the other features my iWatch has, but the Apple health app isn’t as good.
