Regarding the standard answers like USB-C and faster processing power, I think both are more or less irrelevant in daily use.
What I think might be quite convenient is the action button (which you can heavily customize with some third party solutions) and foremost the fact, that you can now shoot now Live Photos and portrait mode at the same time, whilst you have to decide that beforehand on the 14 Pro, which seems minor, but for me it is a game changer I always waited for.
One feature I like as well is the possibility to charge only up to 80% for battery health reasons
Other than that, the 14 Pro is on par and will be for the next 4-5 years without any issues
