Appreciate the tip but it passed the cable test. My hdmi cable is 2-3 years old but it was bought from monoprice not amazon and is “Ultra Slim Certified Premium High Speed HDMI Cable, 4K@60Hz, HDR, 18Gbps, 34AWG”
No physical changes.
Not sure when the software was updated, I actually tried to look but couldn’t find a log in the menu. Do you know how to find that info?
My tv is not connected to the internet so no firmware updates.
