Thoughts on Mount getting #7? I thought he would stay with 19 from Chelsea and Varane would get 4 after Jones’ departure and Garnacho would get #7 either this year or next.

I personally think of him as Lampard, kind of. I’m very excited for the signing, if you go have a look at youtube videos of Mount or reddit comments from a year ago they were over the moon with him. Of course with the stats it helps a bit that there weren’t many players that lasted as long as him at Chelsea, but it’s still very impressive to me

I don’t get it. I know we are known for overpaying, but he is Chelsea’s 2 times POTY in the last 3 years and everyone from their team was shit last year and he’s someone that ten Hag clearly wants, I think he will be really good for us.

What is his style of play? Is he comfortable with catching crosses and sweeping?
