1·3 days ago2020 had that effect, where work from home spurred people to move to some of the extremely low cost areas but that just meant that the absolute cheap houses under 80k were all bought up and 100k is the floor. But that was a one time adjustment.
But that doesn’t mean they actually raised taxes or did anything to solve the budget shortfall that the retirement change was for. That’s just kicking the can down the road.
Modifying them is trivially easy, so any can be full auto, but burst fire is superior anyway. Full auto is only for psychological coolness.

1·13 days agoDo you mean the field jacket or an actual big coat? Generally everyone recommends having multiple good layers rather than a big coat that can make you sweat.


You can do it if you use a pathfinder adventure path.
