If your text size is larger than normal, you may see this when you hold on the status bar icons or icons/text on the top and bottom navigation bars.

The oldest iOS version supported for iPhone 11 was iOS 13. The newest would at least be iOS 18.

after looking at the screen resolution of the provided screenshot, it seems like you do not have an XR. Go to Settings > General > About and check your model name. If it says iPhone X, you will not have the iOS 17 update as your phone will not support it. If you have an iPhone XS/XR or newer, you should receive the update.
