Our society definitely doesn’t help, but I am about as free of the bs our society does as you can get and I still fucking hate how often I just forget that I wanted to do something or lose something forever… I can only blame society so much for the fact that I lose literally everything I care about the moment I don’t need it for 0.0005 seconds (I set it down and it disappeared in that time)

Oh it’s much worse than that: it’s cutting their fingers and toes off at the first joint and then making them walk on it for life

King arthur, truely the only option. I went somewhere over christmas and baked more loaves of bread than days I was there, and every single one of them was great (6 bagguettes and 6 focaccia, the former being shatteringly crisp and the latter being like a sponge)

I get some pretty great results by having a pan in the oven preheated to 450F° and then pour boiling water in it when you put them in and close the door and then 26 minutes later you turn off the oven and just leave it open to cool Absolutely terrifying, but oh my god the crusts are shatteringly crispy when they come out…

I just don’t like big pieces of mostly raw onion. If it’s in a dish it’s great, but if you put a slab of raw onion on my burger I still will remove it. Minced onion is fine, but a lot of places put way too much on, so I have to scrape a bit off first…

for larger bits of mushroom just cook them like you hate them before anything else. It’s really difficult to burn them, so just keep cooking them until they stop screaming and then add them to liquid as late as possible. The thing that makes them slimy is cooking them in moisture, so by doing this you will guarantee that they don’t become slimy

Don’t forget cellery, carrots and the rest of the aromatics!

Just make sure it has padding. Most collars are built with the thought that the fur will be enough padding, so if there isn’t enough padding already there it hurts after a bit My gf has worn a collar for weeks before, only taking it off for showers
