Have you sealed the resin? Much like urushiol and latex if you expose yourself to resin enough you can develop an allergy even if you didn’t have one before. No resin is body safe. And the thing with transparent/translucent resins is we want to show them off. Because it looks cool! But it’s poison. When printing miniatures and statues you intend to paint it’s easy. You have to primer them to get the paint to stick so you don’t have to worry as much.
Once UV resin is cured and cleaned properly its perfectly safe to touch. It is a huge pain to work with in liquid state tho. Gotta wear gloves, mask, and eye protection. I have a wash station filled with alcohol that cleans my prints and a curing station.
In theory yes, but in practice it may not be. It’s all about personal risk tolerance. If you have higher tolerance you can ignore the possibility of health issues. Let people decide for themselves.
