I’ve never had an opportunity to watch a live event of smth I really wanted due to living in the middle of nowhere. What’s in your wishlist?

Never going to happen without time travel but I’d love to have seen Queen with Freddie live. That man had some serious stage presence.

None at all? Dude! Move somewhere else, or start a bar band and be the live music!

I am older and love live music so have seen some incredible bands, I don’t do stadium/arena shows anymore, they used to be general admission shows, just run out onto the floor!

If I could see any artist AGAIN it is Fela Kuti, hands down.

Someone I didn’t see but would have liked to? My concert regret is Kinky, they came here to a club and my kid loved them, I thought it was not an all ages show and didn’t want to go without her - turned out it was an all ages show, but was sold out when I figured it out.

I really have seen so many amazing concerts, so many bands that later got famous too, it’s hard to be upset at what I missed.

I want to see Björk at some point. Seems realistic, even though it’s expensive. But I should get on it because she might retire in a few years.

Highly recommended. She doesn’t miss a note.

Radiohead. I’ve been a fan since I heard them on the BBC Radio 1 show “The evening session” on the early 90’s, and I’ve loved every album.

Each time I had a chance to see them something got in the way. Usually a financial situation.

One day I’ll get to see them.

I wish I got to see Rush, so much regret after thinking “I’ll catch them next time” but ended up being the final tour

The Glenn Miller Orchestra still tours, although obviously none of the members are original. A friend of mine used to play organ/piano for them.

Idles, Ghost, Wind Rose, and Parquet Courts. For musicians who are no longer around, definitely John Coltrane and Audioslave/Soundgarden. They all seem like they put on a hell of a show and the people who listen to them seem to not be assholes for the most part.

I’ve done my share of live concerts when I was younger. Saw Depeche Mode, The Rolling Stones, U2, Duran Duran, my wife dragged me to see NSYNC (never again), and we took our kid to see The Wiggles. These days I have no urge to see any band live. Part of it is me getting older (get off my lawn!) but mainly it’s because the cost of concerts skyrocketed 'cause of TicketScamster.

If I could go back in time, I’d definitely want to see The Beatles. Also I’d love to have been in Helsinki in 2005 at the Nightwish’s “End of an Era” concert.
