I think everything in life could be considered and twisted to be racist if viewed through a racist lens which is what these researchers are doing.

Implying a certain person isn’t as good as others at something and thus needs assistance, all because of some ethnical characteristics. Uhm… do we have a name for that?
I don’t understand microagressions, I don’t understand how telling someone “the most qualified person should get the job” is racist.
I think everything in life could be considered and twisted to be racist if viewed through a racist lens which is what these researchers are doing.
