        ok now i’m kinda intrigued … you mean people catfishing people as a replacement to market testing or a writers group ?

        that is creepy and metamodern. i’m going to have to think about that as not only a thing writers do but as a way people can influence writers by knowing they do that and fucking with the writers.

          i just know the one guy…
          the example he gave was a roommate wanted for a tweaker house…
          no sleep except wednesdays, mandatory sleep on wednesdays…
          it was pretty funny.
          only one person responded and he asked the guy if he wanted to collaborate on writing…

          so not really catfishing but im sure people do that too…
