Highly recommended. This game is awesome. I bought it when it came out. The improvements they made to Xen over the original are incredible. If you enjoyed HL then playing this will be like you remember but better in every way.

If you never played Half Life, play this version.

At -80% the game is an OK buy but development is dead. Don’t expect it to ever play well on Steam Deck, if you care about that. They only push their merch store now.

The recent anniversary update to the original HL1 makes that an appealing proposal.

This was a masterpiece of a remake, can’t recommend enough.
