This is for anyone thinking on getting the new Apple Watch and wondering what’s the battery life like.

I’ve had my watch (GPS) for over a week now and it requires a charge every 1.5 days or so but I just charge it first thing every morning(I wake up at 5am to workout before work on weekdays). This past weekend I pushed it to over 2 days with 20% left as I didn’t use any of the workout features.

I have Always On feature turned off as I personally don’t like it and it battery seems to love it!

Day and a half 2 days isn’t unheard of depending on watch face and how you use it. I average that.

AOD does seem to be a battery eater, but even with AOD enabled, you should still get 24 hours between charges based on your usage

Same for me to 24hrs to 1.5 days but with AOD and not intensive workouts, just regular walks and yoga 1 day a week.
