    The schools where I live in Japan have already implemented this to some extent. The uniforms are not labeled by gender, and students are free to choose whichever one they feel comfortable wearing.

    While I can empathize with this, I wonder why they don’t just ask for ungendered school fashion altogether? Just provide one standard outfit for everyone, that’s it.

    I’m not a fan of school uniforms to be honest, but the point people usually put forward is that they reduce financial discrimination. Why not do the same for gender discrimination by having only one outfit for all?
