    He has those stretches where he’s drilling like 11/13 completions in a row completely locked in looks really good. Then a stalled redzone drive, bad sack or turnover and he loses composure. Once he’s out of his rhythm he definitely gets frustrated and is off his game. When he’s playing well though he can make some really good throws

    The drop in 2018 when Gruden took over the playcalling seems very significant, but for some reason he hasn’t recovered since.

    He was good before that leg injury in 2016. He turned into a total pumpkin after that. You can blame the teams around him and management, which is fair to do so. The fact that he has continued to look worse and make some of the worst fuckups I’ve seen Just shows that he can’t perform well even with a decent team. The saints aren’t good, but they shouldn’t be as terrible as they are. Carr is nothing but a “could have been good” at this point. Dude is completely washed up and doesn’t deserve to start for any team but the Chicago bears.
