  2. Fields stays, new coaching staff, draft other position
  3. Draft new QB, coaching staff stays
  4. Draft new QB, new coaching staff

Mine would be: 2,4,1,3

    Number 3 is what is going to happen and it will be a disaster. Ideally #1 and #4 are the only viable options
