For those asking for progress I am showing something. I understand we are all tired of this conversation but I want to hear the counter arguments.

Progress but not perfect. I think there is plenty of room to grow and he does have a fumble problem. I also think the scheme would destroy most QBs in the league.

Do I know if he is the guy? No I don’t know. But I am seeing growth.

    I am a Justin stan too, but speak had a block the other day where they were debating Fields and Acho showed a graphic of his career passer rating and giveaways by quarter. It is really bad from that perspective. From 1st to 4th, his passer rating is 85.4, 85.1, 102.3, and then an abysmal 65.1! He is tied for most giveaways in the 4th quarter since 2021 with 17.

    So while I am still all in on Fields, that graphic made me dubious as to whether there really is a concern with him finishing games. Perhaps it’s not a good statistic to look at, since Bears have to take more risks in the 4th if they are playing from behind, but idk.
