Usually goes down to 68 or 69 but any tips to lower it? I’m a male 26 year old. 140. Diet is not the best but I am not heavy. I sleep from 10:30pm -5:15am. I think it’s okay rest.

Normal HR for healthy adults is 60-100 bpm. 71-77 is perfectly normal.
