Usually goes down to 68 or 69 but any tips to lower it? I’m a male 26 year old. 140. Diet is not the best but I am not heavy. I sleep from 10:30pm -5:15am. I think it’s okay rest.

- Set your Heart Rate Zones
- 80% cardio workouts in zone 2
- 20% sprint and high intensity interval training
- Cut out alcohol completely
- Eat better, eat clean foods, remove processed foods entirely; aim for proper macros
- Don’t eat 3 hours before bedtime
- Do lots of breathing and/or meditation
- Don’t read a screen an hour before bed and when you wake up
