I have a half-baked idea of using Che to push kids left in the way chuds use Teddy Roosevelt or Marcus Aurelius. Seriously, reading about Che it’s almost like he’s some fictional character come to life.
And I’ve always wanted to do some drunk hexbear posting, just never got around to it.
Similarly talking about Lenin’s anarchist brother or Young Stalin or Yuri Gagarin inevitably makes people like the USSR more on account of it seeming really cool and for cool people.

I’ve been listening to the A People’s History of Ideas podcast a lot. I didn’t know much about Mao or the Chinese revolution before, but that man’s life was an action movie.
