Stroud is balling out. He also seems to have some good weapons and O line is solid. With that said , the bears don’t seem to know how to evaluate QBs.
I would go back and not get Moore and Wright for the chance to draft Stroud.

What makes you think that the Bears coaching staff could get the same production out of Stroud that Houston does?
