Most new TVs have AirPlay built in.
Many smart TVs have built in AirPlay support.
If yours doesn’t have, you can connect an Apple TV to your TV and use AirPlay.
You can do it with Roku
Cheapest would be a Roku stick. It supports airplay.
I have a Roku stick that supports Airplay, and I can mirror my iPhone and iPad to the TV using that, costs a lot less than an Apple TV box
