if fields proves himself sure. He’s only had 2 good games out of his 7 starts so I wouldn’t be too sure about keeping him if we have a top 2 pick. He looked great last week though.

I’m just not…completely sold on Williams or Maye. I’m not trying to be a chicken little but…I don’t trust the Bears as long as the McCaskeys are in charge and I think the most likely path to success is a Tom Brady to Tampa or Manning to Denver type acquisition because the organization can’t develop a QB to save their lives.

Probably shouldn’t trust them to draft high at any position then. Why not trade down with both picks in your opinion, because the best wr in the nfl I’d not making the Bears a contender, and I can gaurantee you that at no point in MHJ career will he be nfls best.

thats how bengals, bills, texans and jags fans felt about their teams before they got a quarterback as well.

How are mac jones and kenny pickett doing playing for these great organizations?

I think ur just overthinking it. Or trying to pass the blame away from justin fields. which happens a lot on this sub.

3 relatively good games. 3 out of his last four have looked like competent QB play. Minnesota will be a real test though

disagree about the broncos game. He looked horrible in the 4th quarter. Can’t just pretend that didn’t happen. Also can’t pretend he wasn’t bad against the vikings as well.

The Broncos game they scored enough to win. The 4th quarter wasn’t good, but we can’t just discount the rest of the game. The Vikings game happened and I was referring to that when I said 3 out of his last four games were relatively good. Minnesota was not. It seems to be a theme with this team being unable to close out or come from behind in the 4th quarter whether it be the offense or the defense. I’m not gonna place all of the blame on the QB when it looks like there are problems everywhere. But scoring 28 and 26 and losing? Offense did enough. Especially this Lions game. We literally made history letting them score that fast

the offense also only managed to get 10 points off 4 turnovers during the lions game, so who really let who down? The lions have a top 5 offense in the nfl, if anything I think the bears defense did more than enough to win that game forcing 3 turnovers. tbh with you I don’t really blame anyone for the lions loss. It was just a good game against a good team we couldn’t finish.

I understand what ur saying about the broncos game but at the end of the day he blew the lead when he fumbled and then lost the game on an interception. Its hard for me to call that good game. It feels direspectful to fields himself to call that a good game. Is the bar really that low where thats considered a good game from justin? I don’t agree with that personally, especially with how he looked against washington and detroit.
