Yeh he will be gone
Poles had a teardown, however this is worse than the worst estimates
It is a question of self preservation, thus
Scenario 1
Flus stays, year 3 of the thing we should win, we won’t. Because he is an awful communicator, and therefore terrible coach
Poles has overseen the worst 3 years in Bears history, and probably has no answer at QB
He is now on very very shaky ground and Warren can say thanks, now it’s my turn with my guys

Hire new coach, and Poles gets a 2 to 3 year reset, WITH buy in from Kevin Warren
