LOL - the hate in this thread because something positive was said about the Cowboys - they beat bad teams by a lot - that’s apparently a bad thing now?

Man, this gonna be a let down of let downs when the boys inevitably choke when it counts (and against decent if not good competition).

I hate how this guy is using “one less game” in conjunction with point differential as if playing one less game is a disadvantage or something.

Playing one more game means you could lose ground on point differential…you know, if you lose.

      are they stupid?

Judging by some of the Eagles fans commenters in this thread? Yes.

Blowing out bad teams is great, if you’re beating good teams as well. Blowing out bad teams when you can’t beat any good ones will rightly drive people to question how reliable a high point differential is for your team.

For the Ravens, it’s clearly a sign of greatness because they’ve beaten some good teams with winning records, including blowing out a team that is competing for the NFC’s 1 seed. For Dallas, it at least means you aren’t ass but the fact that you only seem to run the score up on teams that are verifiably ass (assisted by shit opposing QBs throwing picks) means you can’t draw the conclusion that you are as good as the Ravens. Beat some good teams and the conversation will change.

Just for the insult of trying to claim this flimsy Cowboys team is anything close to the genuine article that is the Baltimore Ravens, I’m gonna make s’mores when the Cowboys eventually crash and burn. I’m allergic to chocolate, but this needs doing.

The Cowboys have gotten to play the Giants twice, the Ravens have played the Giants no times.

In those 2 games alone they had a +72 differential or something like that so it’s not surprising they’re on par with Baltimore having played one less game.

We have also not had a chance to play the Giants yet. I am assuming we are resting quite a few guys for our second match up though.

Cowboys, Dolphins, Bills - three teams that beat up on bad teams. The last stretch of the season will be very interesting for all three of them.

They play the giants and panthers and everybody thinks theyre going to the superbowl now? What happened when they play a team like Niners? Or did everyone just forget cuz theyre America’s team?

You do realize that beating a team makes their record worse, right? Multiple teams The Cowboys have beaten would be at .500 had they not…ya know…beaten them

This team is a classic bully. Beats up on the weak and defenseless and then when they get popped by a good team, they have no answer
